About The Position

Circle K is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative at Store 2746545 in New Ulm, Minnesota. The role offers a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities to grow and advance. Team members greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and may work with the food program. They work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and working as part of an energetic team to complete daily tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Communication skills and a friendly conversational approach.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Ability to generate ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
