About The Position

We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to transition into a customer-focused role. Training is provided, and no advanced technical experience is required.

Requirements

  • Willingness to complete required training during standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
  • Desire to help people and provide great service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (comfortable using a computer, typing, navigating websites)

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions and provide support over the phone or other channels
  • Help resolve basic issues and escalate more complex concerns when needed
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and helpful customer experience
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions
  • Use internal systems to look up information and assist customers
  • Work with teammates to meet service goals
