About The Position

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to work for our client in Herndon, VA. This position will take place ON SITE. This position would look to interview ASAP and would look to start in the coming week or two!!! Also, this position is a great, foot-in-the-door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility and growth available.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience of call center (this role will be taking 40 calls per day)
  • Customer service experience, with banking, credit union, or call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle member customer service needs while meeting key performance metrics, including call handle time, call quality, and after call work
  • Accurately and efficiently process a variety of transactions, including payments, transfers, opening of additional new accounts, assisting with online and mobile banking, etc
  • Initially the candidate will focus on payments but will take on other transactions as they progress
  • Maintain a professional manner to build member confidence and trust
  • Adhere to all procedures stated in the company's MSR policy and procedures
