About The Position

The Blindster Bunch is looking for a Customer Service Representative with superpowers such as a strong ability to make people smile, mad interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others. This role involves effectively managing and responding to high volumes of support phone calls, tickets, and/or chats submitted via email or through our support portal. The representative will provide helpful, knowledgeable, and timely support to customers, striving to provide the correct solution the first time around. Building relationships through open and honest communication, handling customer complaints effectively, and staying up-to-date with new and enhanced products are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Fluent in English
Ability to type approximately 35+ words per minute
Experience with Microsoft Word
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Outlook

Nice To Haves

Spanish fluency
Experience with Microsoft Teams
Experience with TalkDesk software
Experience with PureChat software
Experience with ZenDesk software
Experience with ePic software
3+ years of Customer Service experience
2+ years of Call-Center experience

Responsibilities
