About The Position

SEEDWAY, LLC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth order processing from start to finish. The role involves managing customer orders and payments, coordinating order preparation and delivery with warehouse and logistics teams, addressing order-related issues, and communicating with customers and colleagues. The position also operates standard office machines and computer equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to three or more years of clerical-related work experience.
Knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency, and Microsoft Office programs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record, which must be maintained.
Demonstrated business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders, including printing invoices, verifying credit card transactions, entering orders into JD Edwards, and marking orders as shipped.
Process credit card refunds accurately and efficiently.
Follow up on order preparation and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support timely customer delivery.
Resolve order-related issues, including delays, returns, exchanges, and refunds, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers, salespersons, and others to answer questions, explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and WooCommerce order notes.
Operate office machines such as photocopiers and printers, as well as personal computers.
