The position involves repetitive tasks, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules. Additionally, the representative will take direction, respond to supervision, communicate professionally with colleagues and customers, and fill in during staff shortages. Support shift leads in completing tasks and use proper personal protective equipment. Present a professional appearance and conduct, understand customer service and satisfaction, and be familiar with reporting systems and the environment.
