About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. Perform janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas. This role requires reporting incidents and hazardous conditions to a supervisor, complying with safety rules, and performing work assignments collaboratively with team members. The position involves repetitive tasks, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules. Additionally, the representative will take direction, respond to supervision, communicate professionally with colleagues and customers, and fill in during staff shortages. Support shift leads in completing tasks and use proper personal protective equipment. Present a professional appearance and conduct, understand customer service and satisfaction, and be familiar with reporting systems and the environment.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
Completed all safety and task training certification.
May be required to be forklift certified.
Bilingual a plus
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
Employee is frequently required to sit and talk or listen.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
