About The Position

The Customer Service Representative provides fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail store environment. The role involves working in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and support daily operations. Representatives work with customers and an energetic team, and may also assist with the store’s food program. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide fast and friendly service while completing daily store tasks as part of a team.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
