About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with data entry and using technology.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customer’s needs.
  • Assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations and monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize their schedules.
  • Follow up with customers to inquire whether they would like to proceed with any unsold work and ensure that all customer needs and concerns are fully addressed.
  • Convert customer leads into scheduled jobs.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering an amazing customer experience.
  • Earn the trust of the customer by communicating effectively and providing excellent service.
  • Be prompt and detailed while booking calls.
  • Meet the needs of our customers.
