Customer Service Representative- Full Time (Including After Hours and Weekends)
About The Position
Mr. Electric is looking for customer service representatives to join their team. This role is a key member of the team and will be the first point of contact that customers have with the company, shaping the customer's perception from the beginning. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to make a difference in people's lives by interacting with homeowners and helping to create safer homes. Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with data entry and using technology.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customer’s needs.
- Assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations and monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize their schedules.
- Follow up with customers to inquire whether they would like to proceed with any unsold work and ensure that all customer needs and concerns are fully addressed.
- Convert customer leads into scheduled jobs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering an amazing customer experience.
- Earn the trust of the customer by communicating effectively and providing excellent service.
- Be prompt and detailed while booking calls.
