About The Position

Join a growing on-site customer support team in Dagupan, Pangasinan. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing environment.
  • Previous experience handling inbound calls.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple screens and applications.
  • Strong attention to detail when documenting customer interactions.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
