About The Position

111 Sign, a leading full-colour printing company in the United States, is seeking a motivated and articulate Remote Chat Representative to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, remote position offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $30 USD. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, providing exceptional support and embodying our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You will represent a company that provides personalised, all-in-one solutions for over 3,000 businesses across the US, offering everything from flyers and banners to professional exhibition setups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within a chat-based or e-commerce environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation.
  • A strong ability to multitask, manage multiple conversations simultaneously, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a genuine passion for helping customers.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
  • Excellent digital literacy and proficiency in using various online communication tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the printing, graphic design, or marketing industry.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or Etsy.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Assisting clients with order placement, customisation options, and navigating our online platforms.
  • Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently, covering everything from design specifications to delivery logistics.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our comprehensive service offerings, including custom printing, event planning, and exhibition setups.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
  • Guiding customers through the entire process, from initial design concepts to final production and delivery.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and feedback within our systems to contribute to service improvements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
