About The Position

As the first point of contact for our online customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional service experience that reflects our company's commitment to quality and well-being. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for helping others and a keen interest in the wellness industry. You will be responsible for providing accurate product information, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • A patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner via our online live chat platform.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product range to provide customers with accurate information and guidance.
  • Assist customers with enquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, and returns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communications.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system to help us improve our services and product offerings.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously without compromising on the quality of support.
