Responsibilities
- Engage with users via live chat in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and guidance regarding Power To Fly's resources, job placements, training, and networking opportunities.
- Assist users with platform navigation and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

- Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the user's issue until resolution.
- Document user interactions and feedback meticulously to support continuous improvement of our services.
