About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and out, to maintain store appearance and help customers. The position is full time, with overnight shifts and weekday and weekend availability required. The hiring range is $11.00 to $12.01.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate through friendly conversation.
Ability to sell products to customers and offer suggestions.
Ability to work at a quick pace while contributing to a team and accomplishing daily goals.
Ability to think quickly and suggest solutions to problems.
Availability for overnight shifts and weekdays and weekends.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand; this may require eye-hand coordination and climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, handle cashiering, and suggest purchases.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
