About The Position

Uline is hiring an Overnight Customer Service Representative for its Kenosha Branch. The role focuses on building customer relationships, providing solutions, and delivering customer service. The position is full-time and on-site, with four-day or five-day schedules that include weekends.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using company technology.
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and shipping.
• Build business relationships with customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Uline solutions.
• Help customers use Uline’s website and online ordering system.
