About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for overnight shifts at its Hanover Park, Illinois store. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes supporting the food program. Representatives work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance standards and provide fast, friendly customer service. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and interaction with customers while completing daily tasks as part of an energetic team.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to come up with ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push and pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
