About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative for overnight shifts at Store 2706779 in Columbia, South Carolina. The role works in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly customer service and helping maintain store standards. Team members greet customers, operate the register, cashier, suggest purchases, and may assist with the food program. They work in different areas inside and outside the store, interact with customers, and collaborate with teammates to complete daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

The position includes comprehensive paid training, task variety, and opportunities for career advancement. Physical requirements include standing or walking for up to eight hours, lifting and carrying items of varying weights, pushing and pulling, bending, and handling objects; some tasks may require climbing a ladder.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
• Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; some tasks may require climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities
