About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for overnight shifts at Store 4706745 in Joliet, Illinois. The role involves providing fast, friendly customer service in a lively retail environment, working across different areas of the store, and helping maintain store appearance and standards. Team members greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and may assist with the food program. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Sell products to customers and offer suggestions.
• Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Think quickly and develop ideas to solve problems.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; climbing a ladder may be required to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
• Be available for overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends.
