About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome and assist customers, take and process orders, prepare products, and support store operations. The position emphasizes enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. Team members may have opportunities to grow within the company, including into management. The role is described as suitable for part-time or full-time work.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, and punctuality.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Comfort using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks of the role, including standing for most of a shift and lifting or stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and provide positive customer service.
• Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
• Operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage and work areas, and complete related paperwork.
• Work independently and with coworkers, coordinate with customers and team members, and perform repetitive tasks under stress while meeting quality standards.
• Analyze and compile data and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
• Handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
