About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly and efficient service while helping maintain store standards. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Team members work in varied areas of the store, both inside and outside, and collaborate with coworkers to accomplish daily tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
• Good communication skills and a friendly approach to conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while remaining engaged.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
