Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and confidently.
Take accurate phone, walk-in, and online orders using a friendly, upbeat tone.
Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
Resolve basic customer concerns and help ensure guests feel valued.
Prepare pizzas, sides, and other menu items according to portioning and quality standards.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and food-preparation procedures.
Work quickly and stay focused during busy periods.
Complete housekeeping tasks such as wiping surfaces, sweeping and mopping, washing dishes, and taking out trash.
Keep workstations and guest areas clean and organized.
Assist with stocking and product rotation.
Work cooperatively with the team and assist where needed to keep the shift running smoothly.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
