About The Position
Automated Health Systems is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for a remote position. The employee is required to pick up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Training is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for five weeks. After training, the part-time schedule is Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role assists individuals with information and support regarding benefits, provides accurate and consistent information, and delivers quality customer service and support.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Strong PC proficiency.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in health or human services.
- Knowledge of Medicaid.
- Associate degree in social or behavioral sciences or a related field.
- Bilingual skills.
