About The Position

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at its Planet Fitness club in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The role provides a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while helping create an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Starting pay is $11 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date. Shift-differential pay applies to select shifts. The position is on the second shift. National Fitness Partners describes itself as the largest Planet Fitness franchise, serving more than one million members across over 200 clubs.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
