About The Position

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at its Hollinswood location in Baltimore, Maryland. The role provides customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests to help create an exceptional Judgement Free experience. The listed schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with starting pay of $15 per hour. Hourly increases are provided at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter, based on the employee’s anniversary date.

Requirements

Customer service experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull; climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and continually reach with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.
Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
Help maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
