About The Position

The Customer Service Representative greets customers, answers phones, takes orders, and prepares pizza while providing excellent customer service. The position pays $20.90 to $23.00 per hour plus tips. Paid sick leave is provided per Washington State law.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to multitask and manage time.
• Able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-oriented, friendly, helpful, punctual, dependable, and comfortable speaking with strangers.
• Comfortable making suggestions and pitching in to help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
• Make products consistently according to Domino’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
