About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and the Hornback Plumbing team through excellent communications. This position will engage in contact with customers in our local communities to schedule service, maintenance, or new installation appointments.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Receives inbound or makes outbound calls to book appointments with our service and sales teams
  • Provides accurate appointment information to service or sales teams
  • Tracks calling efforts and accomplishments
  • Follows-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Performs other duties as requested
