About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, serving customers and helping maintain store standards. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. You will work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and collaborate with an energetic team to complete daily tasks and provide fast, friendly customer service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. Meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing or walking for up to 8 hours; lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes in a shift; occasionally lifting or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level; pushing or pulling with arms up to 20 pounds of force; bending at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift; and grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects. Climbing a ladder may be required.
