About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. Perform janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas. This role requires compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The representative will also be responsible for reporting incidents and hazardous conditions to their supervisor, maintaining a clean work area, and following all company protocols. Professional communication with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers is essential. The role may involve filling in during staff shortages and supporting shift leads. Understanding customer service and satisfaction, as well as reporting systems and the environment, is crucial.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
  • Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
  • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
  • Per site requirements, must be able to lift 30 lbs
  • Must be able to gain access Controlled Access Area

Nice To Haves

  • 3-6 months training or experience preferred
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license
  • Completed all safety and task training certification
  • May be required to be forklift certified
  • Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

  • Present a professional appearance and conduct
  • Understand customer service and satisfaction
  • Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
