About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Austin, Texas store. The role is an overnight shift and requires weekday and weekend availability. Representatives greet customers, operate the register, cashier, suggest purchases, and may work with the food program. They work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. The position involves daily customer interaction and working with an energetic team to complete store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.

• Ability to develop ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
