About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working in different areas of the store, inside and out, to support customers and maintain store appearance. Team members interact with customers and collaborate with coworkers to accomplish daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
Communication skills and the ability to engage in friendly conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and out, to maintain store appearance and service standards.
Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
