The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service and helps ensure customer satisfaction at Ashley Furniture. The role processes sales orders and payments, handles store administration, and provides clerical support for accounting functions. Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable attendance.
Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

One year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to Ashley guests and maintain a professional, welcoming presence.
Address customer issues in person, by phone, and by email; document details and work toward positive resolutions.
Respond to inquiries about sales, billing, and delivery; schedule deliveries and coordinate with the sales team as needed.
Process sales orders accurately, follow cash-handling procedures, and assist with credit applications and financing arrangements.
Assist with store opening and closing, including cash balancing and daily checklists.
Provide clerical support for store administration and accounting, manage telephone traffic, and complete daily sales reports.
Support inventory and loss-prevention processes, including bi-annual inventory counts and inventory management.
Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
