About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly and efficient customer service while helping maintain store standards. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. Team members work in multiple areas of the store, both inside and outside, and complete daily tasks as part of an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
