About The Position

The Customer Service Representative greets customers, answers phones, provides customer service, and prepares pizza products quickly and accurately. The role also involves operating the cash register, collecting payments, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and meeting Domino’s grooming standards. Training is provided for answering phones and making pizzas. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow, including potentially into management.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.

• Be willing to work when the team needs support, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing areas and the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
