Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees and motivate the team to work effectively.
Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Set a positive example for employees through punctuality, attitude, customer and coworker interactions, and appearance.
