About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for Store 4701442 at 1511 N Prospect, Champaign, Illinois. The role is suited to someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, take on varied tasks, and grow their career. Representatives greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and may assist with the store’s food program. They work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The role involves daily customer interaction and working with an energetic team to complete store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The hiring range is $15.00 to $15.25. Shift availability includes flexible days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
