That's the kind of moment our front desk has created for nearly 50 years. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be that steady, welcoming voice at Cherokee Trail Veterinary Hospital. About the Practice For nearly 50 years, we've been a trusted veterinary partner for Lexington, West Columbia, Red Bank, and the surrounding communities. We're AAHA accredited, a distinction held by only about 12-15% of hospitals nationally, and our staff are Fear Free certified. As a full-service hospital, we offer everything from wellness care and rehabilitation to surgery, backed by cutting-edge technology and a close-knit, supportive team. Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting
- Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing appointments, records, and communication
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital systems and patient charts
