Position Summary Source of Hope LLC is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative / Community Outreach Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective families and community partners. This role combines excellent customer service with community outreach and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping families navigate services, building relationships within the community, and promoting the mission of Source of Hope LLC. A key responsibility of this position is identifying, connecting with, and welcoming new families who may benefit from our services. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals and families access quality support services.
