About The Position

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative at its Grove City, Ohio location. The role provides customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, helping deliver an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Starting pay is $12 per hour. Hourly increases are scheduled at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter, based on the employee’s anniversary date. Shift-differential pay is available for select shifts.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
