About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly and efficient service while helping maintain store standards. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Team members work in various areas inside and outside the store, interact with customers throughout the day, and complete daily tasks with an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, potential weekly bonuses, training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and friendly conversation.
• Ability to sell products and offer suggestions to customers.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and offer suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
