About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused individuals to join our growing virtual team as Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives / Benefits Specialists. You'll connect virtually with working families, union members, veterans, and other eligible clients who have requested information about available benefits. Your role is to answer questions, explain coverage options, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client service. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and continued professional development.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located within the United States
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
  • Maintain reliable high-speed internet
  • Have webcam and microphone capability
  • Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
  • Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
  • Be willing to complete required training
  • Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, administration, call centers, military service, client relations, or sales can be helpful—but is not required.
  • Work ethic, communication skills, professionalism, coachability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
  • Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
  • Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally
  • Provide a positive, personalized client experience
  • Build trusted relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Provide continued service to existing policyholders
  • Educate clients about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Explain coverage and policy information clearly
  • Ask questions to understand each family's individual needs
  • Recommend appropriate benefit solutions based on those needs
  • Help clients make informed decisions regarding available protection
  • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
  • Help with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and coverage questions
  • Client follow-up and policy-related service needs
  • Maintaining accurate digital records and documentation
  • Scheduling appointments and follow-ups
  • Following applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements
