About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves working throughout the store, both inside and outside, in varied areas to help maintain store appearance and meet service standards. Team members interact with customers and coworkers while completing daily tasks.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
Good communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace while contributing to a positive environment.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas around the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
