Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, customers, and event attendees via phone, email, and digital communication channels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate event information.
  • Assist guests with event registration, schedules, venue directions, ticketing, and general event support.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing personalized service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining a positive brand experience.
  • Coordinate with event management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Communicate event updates, schedule changes, promotions, and important announcements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions using company systems.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first approach.
  • Support brand promotions, community events, and experiential marketing campaigns as needed.
