About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly and prompt service while helping maintain store appearance and standards. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Team members work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and collaborate with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

The position is part time, with overnight availability and weekday and weekend availability required. The employer offers comprehensive paid training and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push and pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
