About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves serving customers, handling transactions, supporting the store’s food program when needed, and working throughout the store to maintain its appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position requires regular, predictable onsite attendance and collaboration with an energetic team. Shift availability is flexible and includes days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and standards.
Attend work regularly and predictably onsite.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
