About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, fast service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and outside, to support store operations, customer service, and store appearance. The position offers flexible scheduling, with availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Ability to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Work with the store’s food program as needed.
Perform tasks throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks and goals.
Communicate with customers and offer suggestions or ideas to solve problems.
