About The Position

Temporary position- 6 month contract In this work from home role, you will have the opportunity to work with, and directly assist, both families and schools that participate in the scholarship program. This will include responding to incomings calls related to student inquiries as well as scholarship application and funding status to ensure that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied and students are registered.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English
• Drive to solve problems and meet goals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent wired internet connectivity
• A quiet, distraction-free, secure place to work
