About The Position
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to support employees as they transition their pension and retirement plans. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource, guiding participants through their benefits while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This is a temporary opportunity through the end of the year, with potential to be converted into a Gallagher employee. The role is fully onsite at our Bloomington location.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple technology platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from participants regarding pension and retirement plans
- Make outbound calls as needed to support participant requests
- Educate individuals on benefit options, plan details, and enrollment processes
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Process enrollment forms and perform data entry
- Prepare and distribute plan documents, forms, and other participant communications
- Deliver professional, compassionate, and efficient customer service on every interaction
