About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly and prompt service while contributing to daily store operations. The role involves interacting with customers, helping maintain store appearance, and working in multiple areas of the store, both inside and outside. Team members receive comprehensive paid training and may have opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a positive environment.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks and goals.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
