About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an active, outdoor, multi-function role at an airport rental location. The representative assists customers at various points in the vehicle rental and return process. Depending on the location, duties may include checking vehicles, entering information using a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in returned vehicles. The role provides professional and friendly service to support a smooth and positive customer experience. The position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
• A customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help people create positive experiences.
• Professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

• Six months of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
