About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly and efficient service while helping maintain store standards. The role includes customer interactions, register operation, cashiering, purchase suggestions, and occasional work with the food program. Team members work throughout the store, both inside and outside, to complete daily tasks and keep the store presentable. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. This position has overnight shift availability, with weekday and weekend availability required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate through friendly conversation.

• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and solve problems.
• Availability for overnight shifts, weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
