About The Position

This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical work involving registering patrons for all recreational activities, balancing daily cash drawer, answer multi-line phone system, provide information on all recreational activities and locations. General customer service. This position's hours are from 3pm to close Monday - Friday and Saturdays. This is a part time position with no benefits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Ability to learn and operate specialized computer programs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a detailed and effective manner with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Successful completion of drug screen
  • Successful completion of various background investigations (criminal history, driving record, credit report, employment history, education verification, personal references)
